At Riana Green Edu, our journey is deeply rooted in a passion for education that transforms lives—and that journey began long before our official launch.

Our founder, Chelsea Nkechi Onwudinjo, ARPA, PhD has long been a champion for accessible, skill-based education across Africa. Her work in Uganda, where she helped establish a Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) university in Namataba, laid the groundwork for what would eventually become Riana Green Edu.

At the time, Dr. Onwudinjo served as a government liaison, international campus coordinator, and Business Development Manager at Limkokwing University. Her role placed her at the center of efforts to bridge global education practices with the unique needs of local communities. Working closely with the late Ali Kirunda Kivejinja, Uganda’s Second Deputy Prime Minister, she played a key role in creating a university that prioritized practical skills, innovation, and accessibility.

What made this initiative truly impactful was its focus on scholarships and equal access, especially for underserved students. The vision was clear: to equip young Ugandans with the tools they need to thrive in a rapidly changing world.

That same vision drives Riana Green Edu today.

Our mission is to build on that legacy by creating learning environments that are inclusive, future-focused, and deeply connected to real-world opportunities. We believe education should be more than just a classroom experience—it should be a launchpad for entrepreneurship, sustainability, and community development.

As we continue to grow, we carry forward the lessons, partnerships, and passion that shaped that early TVET success in Uganda. From technical training to green innovation, every Riana Green Edu initiative is designed to empower the next generation with the skills and confidence to build a better future.
